The Ariège is a hidden gem. We first came here in 2011 and fell in love with the incredible views, the fascinating history of the region, the food and wine and the opportunities to be active in nature.
With enchanting towns and cities like Carcassonne and Mirepoix to visit, vibrant local farmers’ markets to pick up fresh local produce and plenty of local walks and skiing, we’re sure you’re going to love it too.
We’re only an hour and a half from the coast or to Andorra, so day trips a little further afield can add to your holiday if you stay with us a little longer.
